I regret to say that my experience with Lausanne Jewelry has been deeply disappointing and has left me in a troublesome position. I wanted to pickup my chain before Thanksgiving after I placed a 6k deposit on a 14k Cuban link chain weighing 276 grams. I was working with an associate named Jeff, and all seemed well initially. However, I have come to a distressing realization.
