We had an emergency situation where our furnace was expelling carbon monoxide and as new home owners we had no idea what to do. A friend of ours had used Lauritsen in the past and said they had good service. We have had terrible experiences hiring people for things in our home in the past, but this was absolutely top notch service. Had an issue with the furnace in the home I'm renting. Lauritsen Heating & Cooling sent a tech to troubleshoot and after some diagnostics, it was determined that there were a few issues on the older furnace. After about 30 - 40 minutes of diagnostics and parts replacements, the furnace was up and running again. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to identify some issues quite quickly. Great experience all around.

We had an issue with our furnace on the coldest day of the year. Lauritsen answered on the 2nd ring and got our appointment scheduled. I called back with a question and they informed me they were able to move our appointment up 2 hours! Brandon arrived within the first 15 minutes of our appointment window. Very fast service. Called at 8 and had someone at the house within 30 mins. Would definitely use them again.
