I asked to see another vet at this establishment for another appointment as my animal after 20 days still did not show improvement, and they sent in the same vet. Then i made another appointment (the next day) to see another vet there. After waiting for an hr the office manager (also rude) told me that there was nothing different this other vet would say so why see him. Unreal.
