If you are referred to this clinic ask your doctor for another referral. I was referred and thought they would be great. I was seen by Stacy Fowler who had already formed an opinion on what was going on. She even stated that “There is no such thing as kidney pain”. Mayo Clinic even recognizes and gives a very in depth definition of what kidney pain is. She was no help at all.
Absolutely will not answer the phone. Terrible support.
Forcing referrals on cash patients. Ridiculous money hungry crap.
In the past year, I have needed some extra help in the healthcare industry with referrals to other doctors while trying to care for my family out of state. Stacy Fowler has gone over and beyond for my Grandmother and Stepdad to get the best help outside of her specialty.
