My husband has tried to call several times with no answer since his surgery. I’m convinced they know his number and won’t answer because they won’t answer him but will answer when I call from my phone. The people there are very unprofessional and have an attitude for any question that is asked. The dr told my husband he would be prescribed medication prior to his procedure and we called numerous times and days prior to his procedure to get the medicine sent to pharmacy (was told to take it prior to surgery) with no assistanc... read more

If you are referred to this clinic ask your doctor for another referral. I was referred and thought they would be great. I was seen by Stacy Fowler who had already formed an opinion on what was going on. She even stated that “There is no such thing as kidney pain”. Mayo Clinic even recognizes and gives a very in depth definition of what kidney pain is. She was no help at all.
Absolutely will not answer the phone. Terrible support.
