We met Moe 13 years ago at an open house in Cornwall before we had a realtor. We bought our family home with him in August 2013. Moe has made an effort to stay in touch over the years with birthday, Xmas and home anniversary cards. This is something I mentioned to Moe that a former realtor of my parents did over 30 years ago to ensure repeat business.
