Moe was great. He was never to busy to answer any questions we had well before, during and after the sale. He was spot on for pricing suggestions for the market. He was always ready, willing and able to help us in any way he could. Not in a thousand years would I have thought that there would be an offer within 3 days of listing it and booked viewings without the for sale sign having been put up but it happened. I highly recommend Moe! I purchased a property without an agent, thinking because I had experience buying properties before, I would be fine. We had issues from day 1, and Moe guided me through the ordeal. He was available for me day or night, with speedy responses. The best agent I have ever dealt with!!
I thought selling my house would be very stressful, as I didn’t know how to nor did I have the time to do it. I’m so glad I turned to Moe and asked him to be my realtor. My situation was a bit different as it was a mobile home and had a few more complications than a regular house. He was highly recommended by a few people I know.
