I have been going to Laurimar Medical Centre for about 14 years now and the doctors and staff have been really good. Unfortunately I had to see a doctor and a nurse for the removal of my stitches and I had the worse experience. The nurse (Anna) was talking very loudly and negatively about my stitches the whole time as it was not absorbable. She said "if they do this stitches they should remove it." I have now seen three different doctors at Laurimar and very happy with all of my experiences. I found Dr Rishi went above and beyond my expectations at my last appointment and I will be very happy to see him again.
Reception are very polite and helpful and will go the extra mile to help. I have been seeing Dr Israel and he is an excellent GP
Dr Erandi Fernando is a brilliant GP. She actually cares about me. Remembers and follow ups on things I mention at last appointment Doesn’t rush me. I feel blessed to have found such a wonderful caring GP.
My appointment was at 9am, and the doctor wasnt even there yet. My appointment was with Dr Fernando who then walked in 25min after and then to be charged for a 5 min consult is frustrating.
