Well the lady was super kind and fit my wife in last minute but as far as good service for women's hair I'm sorry but it's just not there. She didn't care enough about what would happen to your hair if she did certain processes to it and long story short my wife went in to have semipermanent hair dye removed from her hair and this woman decided to bleach it twice in one session and fried her hair off.
