Gym is closing June 12th 2019. Laurie's gym has been open for over 40 years.....a very sad occasion for us all. It's a hard core, no nonsense gym for weight training and the owner is an awesome guy. You and your gym will be sadly missed 😥 We hope you are happy in your endevours and have fun enjoying life to the fullest...😁
If you like coming to a gym and putting in work whenever you want (24/7) without it being overcrowded and commercialized, this is the place for you. Maybe not ideal for beginners as can be a bit intimidating, but if you have been training for a while or take your training serious, you'll probably love this place. If you like staring at chicks on the stair master, you won't get that here lol. For me, best gym in langley
