These folks are up front about making major repairs. I just had them replace a front end differential on my '06 Jeep. It was a large fix, but, they were honest about price and wait time for part. Their initial estimate matched what I was billed. They found a different part that needed fixing, as well, during process. Kept me updated through the whole replacement. They were transparent explaining what was happening with the repair. I am a long time customer and have always had reliable service from them.
