It's about time I talk about this store. Everyone I have dealt with is patient, informed, professional, friendly and always ready to meet your needs. An example is today where I needed to book next year's appointment along with a slight frame adjustment. Since I just came out of significant surgery, they catered to my needs by ensuring I was comfortable and doing okay. I had a very pleasant visit this week. The service was exceptional. Libby, Sarah and Leah were professional and courteous. I got my main glasses 🕶️ repaired and have been enjoying them since. I am grateful Kemptville has your shop for eye care.
