I really wanted to love this place after seeing so much hype on social media. As a Bangladeshi, I was excited to support a community business, but honestly, the experience was a letdown. আমি আসলে কোথা থেকে শুরু করব বুঝতেই পারছি না, কিন্তু এটাই বলি: হতাশা যদি কোনো বাস্তব রূপ নিত, তাহলে সেটা হতো Laurier Buffet। ভিতরে ঢুকেই মনে হলো আমি যেন নিজের ইচ্ছায় আফসোসের সাথে একটা চুক্তি সাইন করে ফেলেছি। গন্ধটাই এমন—“এখানে কিছু একটা মরে গেছে” আর “ডলার স্টোরের এয়ার ফ্রেশনার দিয়ে ঢাকতে গিয়ে মাঝপথে হাল ছেড়ে দিয়েছে”—এই দুইয়ের মিশ্রণ। খাবার? একে “খাবার” বলা আসলেই বাড়াবাড়ি। বেঁচে থাকা খাবারেরও এর চেয়ে বেশি সম্মান থাকে। সবকিছু এমন লাগছিল যেন বরফ যুগ থেকে পড়ে আছে, পরের শিকারের অপেক্ষায়। ভাতটা একসাথে শুকনো আর ভেজা ছিল।... read more

The restaurant was clean, and the seating area was comfortable. Prices are reasonable for the portion size. Excellent food.
