My mom sees Audiology clinic for her hearing issues and she has been a patient of Jessica Birkey and Andrea. If I could give a lower rating I would for sure! Had to go for 2 different appointments before they finally listened and recognized my hearing aid needed repair. Rude receptionists. The audiologist has her wife working in a created job dispensing hearing aid products she doesn't have a clue about. Does not listen to the patients needs or concerns. Had a wax trap stuck in my ear. Had they looked in files they would have seen easiest and least invasive way is to flush out with water. Instead they made my ear bleed with a vacuu... read more
Like the audiologist, but who is their big girl receptionist? (Tracey?) Rude! Nice to some customers and then abrupt to others? So obviously phony! They let her do customer service, lol?!
