Been with my cardiologist for many years, the BEST of the BEST. I never have to wait for long, they are very patient and thorough. I HIGHLY recommend. The BEST staff.
It was my first time met Ms. Walters at Heartplace, she was professional, kind and well speaking manner, She's taking her time to listen all of your concerns and more, we don't find these qualities in the public place often anymore. Staff's are great, smooth and well run office.. I'm very happy to be a patient of this place.
The waiting room is large enough so chairs are moved at a distance from each other. Articles (such as magazines) have been removed. I did not wait too long before I was called in to see Laurie Walters. I was then examined, questions I had were answered, and I was finished and released in a short time.
I am one of those patient who said ;”it won’t happen to me “and low behold ended up having quadruple bypass surgery. I am still having problem checking the box on health questioners’ form; “do you have a heart disease”, that maybe ego but, I’m glad that selected Hearth-Place for all my cardio heath care.
Nurse Practitioner Laurie Walters is fine as tney come. She has assisted me since having my open heart surgery in November, 2018. I have complete cnfidence in everything she says and does. Nurse Walters has been my go to person and has served me extremely well. It is reassuring to have this much trust in your medical personel. Quite honestly, I am grateful for the entire staff of Heart Place and feel that anyone else who might some day have need of their services would be also.
