Dr Ohlms and the entire staff at Boston Childrens Hospital in Waltham were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain everything to both my husband and I, AND my 4 year old son. I loved that they involved him in the conversations and made sure he was comfortable and didn’t just talk over him. Great care with my daughter. Very thorough and kind. The surgery was very quick and easy. The whole team from start to finish was great. Very lucky to have Dr. Ohlms.
Absolutely useless ENT. Will walk away from you if you ask common sense questions. She would rather lie and cover her own butt than tell you she made a mistake that requires emergency intervention. Will push for unnecessary surgeries or extra things removed. If you're unlucky enough to have her assigned to you, be sure to get a second opinion and schedule the surgery with somebody else. Good luck getting them to receive medical records without having to go in person. She shouldn't even have a medical license.
