I wis I could give a 0!!!!!! The front office mannerism was awful. I came in for my appointment, and was told I wasn’t on the schedule and was turned away by the rude lady at the window. I showed them that I had an appointment by all the reminder text messages they had sent me. So upon leaving the office another lady came to the window and said they had been sending my information to her, and she didn’t understand why they were sending my stuff to her. If you can label a colonoscopy fantastic, mine was just that! The lady that checked me in, the nurses that prepped me for the procedure, the anesthesiologist, the nurses in the operating room, the nurses in recovery, and last but certainly not least, Dr Novosad were all incredible! I do recommend Dr Novosad to all my friends and family. She is the best and she is very knowledgeable and kind during the entire process! Thank you very much Dr Novosad!!!
