She was horrible with our autistic son. She didn’t take the time she needed to take to get him comfortable with her even from his first visit. Also, when discussing getting him a handicap placard (because he’s also non-speaking and an eloper) she said no although this is a common thing that is given to parents of autistic children since it’s such a huge safety risk. I’m not sure how she is with non-autistic children but if your child is autistic stay far FAR away.
I understand when calling to schedule an appointment they may be busy. But when they keep putting me on hold then coming back on the line every 30 seconds saying the extension is busy. That's annoying. The last time they said the extension was busy and said goodbye. I called back and the guy corrected me, stating I was disconnected.
Dr McKillip has been our daughters’ pediatrician since birth and she is a true professional. We love her very much!!!
Dr McKillip has seen all three of my children and we love her. She spends time making sure you are comfortable with everything going on with them and is great with the kids. We have seen other pediatricians and love her the most!
