Knowledgeable, empathetic and caring doctor. She’s always on top of things and I feel that I get excellent care.
The video visit began 30 minutes late. I scheduled the appointment because another department messaged Dr. Crain to order blood tests, but the tests were never ordered. The tests were ordered after the video appointment.
