The NP I saw and I didn’t mesh well personality wise and that’s not a big deal nor a reason for a review I felt. However, they advertise as having cash deals with labs that they seemingly don’t have. I got a test almost a year ago and in December I got a bill from labcorp even though I supposedly paid fully at the time of service. I called and in January got a voicemail saying they acknowledged the issue and would keep my posted. Dr. Birkholz and the whole staff are incredibly welcoming, helpful and effective!! I am very pleased every time I go in. I never feel judged for a goal not accomplished but always feel valued and empowered to keep working!! Angela Burch has a great program for women like me who need extra encouragement and support ( especially for weight loss/ getting in shape). I love the accessibility of Dr. Birkholz and the the speed with which she arranges tests etc..
