Dr. Bacharach has been taking care of my father for a year. She is extremely compassionate. She listens to what we have to say and always calls back promptly when we have a problem. We met her when my dad was in the hospital I’m so glad she was able to fit us in and work with us this past year. A+ from the teacher!
Office staff can make or break an office. If the front line of the office stinks, this means a lot of things wont get done properly such as calls, messages to doctors prescriptions, ect. It reflects on the doctors, no matter how good they are. This review is just for Taylor, who I believe works in the Downers Grove office. She was so helpful, patient and sweet. Nowadays, these kind of people are hard to come by at medical offices in my personal opinion. She’s a gem and I hope she is appreciated over there! 💗
