This is an edit from my previous review: As you can see I had a great experience with purchasing a vehicle here. But here I am a year and a half later with a vehicle that has a MASSIVE transmission issue that is going to cost me 4500$ to fix…. With my vehicle having 3360 over the 100k warranty Kia will not help me. I have contacted the dealership and was told given the time from purchase and the km there is nothing they will do either because I didn’t opt for their extended warranty.
