Lauri did an outstanding job selling our home in what turned out to be a tough market. She would routinely return my calls within 5 minutes if I had questions or concerns. She advised us on what upgrades we needed to get the highest dollar impact and even provided contractor names for those upgrades. Anything we needed she was there to help from listing to being there at closing. In short, just a truly great professional!
