Chris, the manager, is always there when needed; however, the place really does need lights to be able to see in the buldings
I've had to use their facilities for about 1 1/2 yrs now. I make sure my bill is paid on time & everything is peachy keen. Once in a blue moon there might be a gate issue but it's usually fixed the next day. No mold or water damage. My stuff is nice & dry. Easy to get in & out of with my truck that has an 8ft bed pulling a 12ft trailer. I've enjoyed using this facility and the price isn't that bad.
I personally have not had any problems with the owner. I keep my storage unit's rent u2d to avoid unpleasant situations. I highly recommend this place.
