One of the most inept organization i ever delt with other than the IRS. Totally inadequate and unprepared co-op that exist.
Every bill has been 1-200 dollars higher than previous years as of October 2023 With our highest being $600 That is the price of rent and car payments It's not just our household, multiple people have said the same. So while the cost of everything is up & people are struggling, I guess you all figure you should follow the trend because hey everyone has to have power right they have no choice but to pay it some kind of way.
