This is the power company for you if you like home GENERATORS!! Haven’t bothered to reset my clocks in 2 years the power goes out so often.
We have only been using their power for a short time but we built a house and worked very closely with one the engineers, Greg Young. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and such a nice guy. Every time I have called into the office I have always received great customer service. Much better service then we have ever had working with large corporations in the past!
Can’t even pay a bill it takes me straight to power outage report it gives me options but I press any number and it still takes me to the power outage report section
