My problem with them, is that you knew you needed to replace the pole in front of our business, you knew when the pole got there. So, not giving business the heads up and we are in the middle of services. To the lady that thought she could just yell at me over the phone, learn some respect coming up with a crappy excuse as to “they don’t know when they are going to cut it off” they do. They are a smaller company which means if weather knocks out our power that they’re faster to get our power back on. They did a great job after Helene clearing a lot of limbs & branches to avoid future problems. The ice storm just came & only 3 small areas lost power. And those areas had power back in an hour or two
This has got to be the worst electric company we have ever been under. It seems like every month at least once the power goes out. When will someone or another company come in and do a better job?
