Cutting off power to a business with zero communication is not okay. Whoever was on the phone needs to learn respect and not yell at anyone. Do better

Probably most annoying service I have, They haven't sent me a bill in months or even called i have always had it auto draft and someone stopped my auto draft on me and they turned my power off without a phone call. Very disappointed with them and customer service. It's 30 at night and just turning power off is ridiculous you all need to do better about taking care of customers.
Lauren’s electric is for you if you are a fan of home GENERATORS!! I haven’t bothered resetting my clocks in 2 years the power goes out so often.
Come on guys!! Every few times we get some rain / wind we lose power. It has happened 4 times over the past 4 months - food wasted, having to scramble to find a place to take my kids and older parents - get your stuff in line. Five Forks - Simpsonville area.
