This place is so unprofessional. Lolita is a true incompetent. Although she returned the call, she was rude when I finally reached her. She kept me waiting for 20 minutes on hold before I finally hung up. I called back 2 times she put me on hold, then hung up. Disgusting. I had an elevator incident where I had to get surgery on my shoulder due to my injury. I contacted this firm office hired Mr.Shaw and Mr.Shaw didn’t file any paper work for a whole 10 months. Now my case was dismissed I didn’t get compensated for anything and might be liable on paying for my surgery since this firm did absolutely nothing for me! Horrible service I wouldn’t hire them if I were you!
