Dr. Young, who performed surgery on me years ago. He performed the surgery excellently and we were both pleased by the results. We reviewed my history. Both at the time of the initial surgery, the post-surgery follow-up, and my recent visit I felt very comfortable with his skill as a surgeon and concern as a physician. Dr Young is always attentive and pleasant and is an all around great physician. If it wasn't for him I could very well have had a stroke. He operated on my carotid artery and gave me a new lease on life. He is watching my other carotid to be sure it doesn't get as bad as the first one. I would highly recommend him.
The doctor seemed to have made up his mind shortly after he entered the exam room that I had no place being there. He decided that it was totally unnecessary for me to even be there for evaluation even though my testing resulted in minimal PAD, showing some impairment, he disregarded the result entirely. He gave me a lightning quick exam and reiterated several times that there was nothing he could do for me.
