My mother has been a long-term patient of Dr. Neufeld and has taken the same medication consistently for over 10 years without any issues, early refill requests, or misuse concerns. Her prescription expired two weeks ago, so she submitted a refill request through the patient portal and received no response. Dr. Neufeld is the most caring, competent and compassionate doctor. He levels with you and you can talk to him. Been my Doctor about twenty years. I saw him after a Dermatologist ordered extensive blood work due to a scalp condition. He helped me to work out a plan and is going to review the report and help me with a plan to bring iron levels. Also suggested a Gastroenterologist to check for slight internal bleeding. He is a wonderful doctor. Like all doctors should be.
Dr Neufeld has a wonderful bedside manner. So glad he's my PCP. Thank you Dr Neufeld for your high quality care for me and my spouse 😊
