Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
