Never answers his phone. Never returns calls. Never shows up when he says he will and appears at his leisure to fix the AC.
Highly recommend. Professional, quality service. Knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Reasonable prices. Neat and efficient - proper equipment, even swept up before leaving.
