I been with this office a long time saw several doctors here and they have wonderful with me had tube's put in etc. And got hearing aids recently. Dr Cramer is wonderful and Dr Broker also they are the 2 I usually see and get work done with
As a new patient with a suspected ruptured eardrum, I called, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for me that very day. It was incredibly validating to be taken seriously and prioritized for treatment as soon as possible without even having to push/convince. From the patient coordinator to the nurses and staff, and even Dr. Cramer himself, I felt thoroughly taken care of and found everyone to be incredibly kind. This was an excellent visit. The staff was very nice and I did not wait a long time to be seen by the doctor.
I went to Dr. Cramer's office for an issue with my left ear and was very pleased with the experience. It was longer than I was expecting since it not only involved Dr. Cramer, but also a comprehensive hearing exam which I didn't plan for. I wasn't rushed, so from my perspective, the hearing test was an added benefit of the visit. Once Dr. Cramer entered the room, he was attentive, asked all the right questions, and was confident in his conclusion (nothing serious!).
