Dr. Kramer told me what I needed to know very quickly. His bedside manner is kind of funny and matter-of-fact, which I appreciated. He made me laugh, and helped put my situation in perspective, which calmed me down a lot— Most important, he made putting a camera down my nose and throat (for the very first time), not a scary or uncomfortable experience at all.
I been with this office a long time saw several doctors here and they have wonderful with me had tube's put in etc. And got hearing aids recently. Dr Cramer is wonderful and Dr Broker also they are the 2 I usually see and get work done with
