After attending a Fashion Show last night catered by Laurence Craig Catering, I was impressed with the various nibbles offered...filet mignon on toast with a burst of flavor and the duck served on a bed edamame and craisins were out of this world! Presentation was gorgeous, and the service impeccable. I hope to use them someday for one of my own catered events!
