Dr Bower is not professional, failing to even meet with my husband on his initial visit. Appointments are not on time and notes reviewed by PA is inadequate from one visit to the next. A PA is the only person he's ever seen aside from one casual chat with Dr Bower about a vacation. On one visit we were called to come early for a test and then told no test was needed now when we arrived. After our initial visit it was very difficult to get the appointment for a cat-scan.
