It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. I understand Dr. Bower is a good doctor, however, we were only able to see him once. The last time we had an appointment 5 weeks ago for an EEG, they called us as we were almost to Boerne coming from Spring Branch to tell us they had to postpone the appointment for 5 weeks because the supplies had not come in. I inquired whether they knew that earlier and her answer was they thought the supplies may get in. Jump five weeks later we arrive to only be told the same thing. I am ... read more
Super nice people. Liked doctors and staff.
Dr. Bower is kind, caring, and a compassionate neurologist who is a highly qualified expert in his specialty. He took the time to listen to my concerns. A huge shoutout to Cynthia in the front desk. She consistently greets everyone with a warm smile and is always so helpful in directing me to the right person or answering my questions promptly. Her professionalism and positive attitude really brighten up the office experience.
I come in to see the doctor. I see a nurse practitioner who used google to look up side affects for meds. Puts in my notes that I was verbally aggressive and I was, due to this nurse not knowing anything. I was in a serious motorcycle accident which I had hit my head very hard. I have been going to this clinic for 2 years as referred by my PCP. I have a hard time getting anyone to answer the phone it goes to voice mail, I leave a message and no one returns the call. On the first visit I saw Dr Bower he did some testing on me and then referred me to Christine. Each time I see her every 6 months I tell her that the med she prescribed is not working and she just ups the dosage 50mg each visit. The last time she prescribed that I take 100mg of Pregabalin in the am and 50 mg in the evening. She sent the... read more
