Staff is very rude and incompetent, would not recommend this office to anyone
We were very happy to have a neurologist close to us. It was very difficult for us to find the doctor's office first but we're okay now after our second visit. It was also a great pleasure to be able to get an initial appointment the following day after our call and we're only 15 minutes away. The office is very traditional country and western apropo for Boerne and the staff a bit disorganized. But doctor Bower, and the nurse practitioner were excellent. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. I understand Dr. Bower is a good doctor, however, we were only able to see him once. The last time we had an appointment 5 weeks ago for an EEG, they called us as we were almost to Boerne coming from Spring Branch to tell us they had to postpone the appointment for 5 weeks because the supplies had not come in. I inquired whether they knew that earlier and her answer was they thought the supplies may get in. Jump five weeks later we arrive to only be told the same thing. I am ... read more
Super nice people. Liked doctors and staff.
Dr. Bower is kind, caring, and a compassionate neurologist who is a highly qualified expert in his specialty. He took the time to listen to my concerns. A huge shoutout to Cynthia in the front desk. She consistently greets everyone with a warm smile and is always so helpful in directing me to the right person or answering my questions promptly. Her professionalism and positive attitude really brighten up the office experience.
