I really appreciated my first reflexology appointment with Laurena. I found Laurena to be kind, empathetic, gentle and very knowledgeable. I will be going back!

I wasnt sure what to expect, or which treatment would best suit my needs. Laurena listened to me, and my goals. She was able to assess and provide me with the best form of therapy for me. Ive now had two sessions of spinal flow therapy, with three more booked for next week. I couldnt believe the difference after just one session. I hadnt felt that great in decades.
