I’ve attempted five times to get into contact to refill a prescription. The first attempt was made on a Thursday. The prescription was not refilled. The second attempt was on a Friday when the workers of the call center couldn’t help me. I’ve attempted three times on Monday. I couldn’t get a hold of the nurse to refill my prescription, and the receptionist would only refer me to the same phone line where I have already left my message. This office does not care about their patients.
