First visit to Dr Wood’s practice . 100% pleased with the experience.
Sadly I have to rate dr wood with a 1 star. Perhaps it’s not her fault, but maybe the staff’s fault….too. My husband was scheduled for a visit today, 2/20/2026…. He went a day early(yesterday) thinking it was the 20th… I just assumed he had the day correct. When he got to the office the receptionist CURTLY said …”you’re appointment’s tomorrow and it’s telehealth.” 12.15. So today we get set up for the appointment 12:00….
