Well apparently you will only get an appointment if the right person answer's the phone. Whoever I spoke with on 1-11-23 was extremely rude to me. I called when I got off work because on my lunch break the office was closed. I thought it be easy being I already submitted my new patient paperwork but I was unable to ever schedule my appointment due to other family emergencies.
