The journey to motherhood and beyond is different for every woman. Lauren provided a nurturing and positive support to my needs and I felt that I was seen in a really holistic way. After every conversation we had leading up to the birth, I felt so much more clarity and had less fear. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Lauren was my pregnancy/birth and postpartum doula for my first child. Lauren was our doula throughout our conception and IVF journey, always providing compassionate counsel and helping us process the ups and downs in her innate gentle, empathetic way. Being pregnant through Covid had its challenges, especially as a first time mum. I spent much of the first half of my pregnancy feeling very isolated due to being unable to attend hospital appointments face to face, or see family and friends due to lock down.
