I recently started going to Lauren for facial acupuncture for facial beauty benefits. I’m personally wanting to age well and not resort to Botox and such. AND bonus I also recieve simultaneously whole body health and hormone balancing! I am so pleased each time that I’ve gone to Lauren, she always creates such a calming and relaxing experience that just melts the tension away. She’s a keeper! I was nervous getting acupuncture done since I have never had it done. And Lauren made sure to make me feel comfortable every step of the way. I love how she also makes the acupuncture customizable based off of your needs too! Acupuncture helps me relax, calms my nerves and helps me sleep too.

Lauren is the ultimate professional! She is extremely knowledgeable in acupuncture and herbs blended with just the right amount of western influence. She has helped my balance and sleep issues immensely and was savy enough to determine an emotional versus a physiological root. I highly recommend her services and “gentle touch”!
