Lauren has such a calming presence and their bodywork skills are excellent. They listen to all my trouble spots and focus on them specifically. The deep tissue pressure is enough to work out knots but not so much that you’re squirming off the table. I had the best massage yesterday especially on my tight neck and shoulders (and my runner legs). Ty Lauren!
Having had body work by many practitioners in different modalities over the last 20+ years I can without reservation say that Lauren Tysinger is one of the very best I've ever seen. If you are looking for a massage therapist that is well-trained, well-practiced, thoughtful and effective Lauren is an excellent choice. She is a joy to talk with, knowledgeable, kind and professional. I moved to the Triangle 10-yrs ago and I finally feel I have found "my person" for bodywork! I just booked my third session.
Lauren is a wonderful massage therapist. She is simultaneously powerful and delicate, and I leave her practice feeling always rejuvenated and often giddy.

Saw Lauren for the first time this past weekend- could not recommend them more. Lauren is very intentional about providing a massage that's right for your body and making you feel comfortable all the while. Not to mention, they're an expert at what they do. The amount of pressure was exactly what my body needed, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated walking out. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
