I’ve been with State Farm for decades, and Lauren and Alex have always been great to work with. They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about their customers. Whenever I’ve needed help, they’ve been there to answer questions and guide me through the process. It’s reassuring to know I can pick up the phone and talk to people who know me and are always willing to help. After all these years, I just wanted to say thank you. Was with Lauren for a few years had some life changing events, and I made the mistake of going with a competitor because of distance. They would contact me on different occasions not to “sell” me but, to check on me!!!!! Her office personnel are the most lovable, kind and understanding people!!!!
