I’d like to give no stars but in order to write a review I had to choose one star. My 1st interaction was when I arrived for the open house and Lauren was unable to access the property so we patiently waited for the homeowner to return with the key. My 2nd experience was as a potential buyer on the property she listed, I was not the chosen offer but what I found unprofessional was that Lauren did not offer the professional courtesy to my agent. Recently we put our house up for sale. Lauren and her team helped us set up the house for photos that best showed our house. Using those photos they prepared color brochures with layouts, square footage, and any other salient information for potential buyers. Those were tastefully placed on a table. They provided us with information regarding furniture and what to leave out and what to put away. The house was presented so that any potential buyer could perceive themselves in the space.
