In Jan 2026, I had robotics and laparoscopic surgery with Dr. Lauren Tennyson. Dr Tennyson really took the time to listen to my needs, and to help me understand the nature of the surgery she could offer me. I had no doubt, after our meeting, that I wanted to proceed with the surgery. Dr Tennyson is a wonderfully competent and compassionate surgeon. I knew I was in good hands. As always, Dr Tennyson is a good listener and makes her assessment so as to develop a treatment plan. My only struggle was trying to check out and make a return appointment. I stood there watching 1 staff person checking in and answering several questions from a patient demanding lots of attention. Eventually I was told to leave my name and number. She took it down from the other side of the room and I had to announce my reason for needing a return appointment for the whole waiting room to hear. I received a call the next af... read more
