I agree with the previous reviewer who believes that Lauren Stone is having people write fake reviews for her office. I can't tell if her office is running a giant scam or is just grossly incompetent. After paying for my 6 month policy in full, I continued to receive bills for random amounts, yet there was no explanation as to why I would owe anything--it would just say pay $xx by x-date.
