I booked/requested an appointment with her at 12 pm on Tuesday for an appointment at 12:15 on that same Thursday using her online system. She waited until 8 pm Wednesday night to decline my request leaving me with no options to find someone else which I find Incredibly unprofessional. Don’t open online appointments if you don’t plan to respond in a timely manner.
Amazing at what she does and the sweetest! If you want amazing hair and a great experience go see Lauren!
Always have a wonderful experience with Lauren and her assistant Skyler!! They are both so great and are always friendly/enjoyable to be around & truly take their time with each customer. Prices are good considering the service. Also, the products they use smell phenomenal!!
