I needed a medication refill and also sent a “MyChart message” with other questions that went completely unanswered for almost (3) business days. On the 3rd day, after staying on the phone OVER 30 minutes, I talked to an extremely rude medical asst named Jessica. The customer service was SO POOR, I have reported my experience to “Oschner Compliance” line and will be making sure this situation is followed up on, as well as all electronic communication with screenshots(that went unanswered), and recorded phone conversations. R Elder filled in for my primary care provider. I called appointment desk tonset up virtual call and was able to get an appt time within 10 minutes of my call. Dr Elder had an excellent bedside manner and was very professional and easy to talk to. I had my meds within an hour after they were sent to the pharmacy.
She is the best! Very caring and kind
