I have never written a bad review on any one person and never used the internet to voice my issues but feel this is necessary. Dr. Shepherd saw my 21 year old son after his urologist said he needed to be seen by a GP due to his high uric acid. He had already passed 3 kidney stones and had to have 2 surgically removed. If I could give zero stars I would! This "so-called doctor and his staff are all terrible at their jobs. I waited 7 months to finally have my appointment with this joke man. His office staff called me repeatedly the week before confirming the appointment and each and every time I confirmed the appointment. I traveled 2 hours to get there, only for the office mgr to tell me that they never received confirmation of the appointment and they took me off the schedule, I showed her on my call log where they called, I answered, and... read more
