Went here for b.c. and staff was friendly and very informative. Would recommend
High risk, very poor customer service. I had an appointment booked with Dr. Lauren Steffen with a 2.5 month wait time that was canceled on the day off the appointment. This appointment was even confirmed by the corporate office just the weekday before. Anna at Welborne office didn’t even discuss the matter and hung up the phone. Very high risk for patients needing care, didn’t expect this from Baylor Scott White.
Doctor Steffen is professional. She's friendly, she's caring. She listens and (totally) has her patients' best interest at emotionally and physically 💜.
