Lauren is amazing at what she does! Have seen her a number of times now and I’m always feeling better after our visit. Very good at targeting areas of tension. Always Professional, authentic and very kind! Love seeing her for Myotherapy sessions.
I had a Myotherapy massage session with Lauren to have her relieve my chronic back pain, muscle tightness, stiffness as a result of having spinal arthritis. Lauren massaged my back for 1hr and during the process she found all of my aching and painful sore spots and tight areas. It was very relaxing and relieving. I walked away feeling free of very high level pain and discomfort. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone who suffers in pain and discomfort. She has miracle hands. Thank you Lauren.

Just had the most amazing 2-hour Melt session with Lauren! Her warm and open energy just makes you feel like you are in a safe little cocoon to just let go of the outside world. Her magic fingers know just where to go and I could feel the tension and emotional baggage literally just melt away as promised.
