I did not have a good experience with Dr. Lauren Phillips. I was seen in the last few weeks twice by her once for a car accident or she did not even evaluated to me looked me over quickly and sent me on my way. Then a couple weeks later, I had an awful fall with another ER visit My face was completely a mess from the fall. I have multiple fractures in my face. I had a truly horrible experience with Lauren. I asked her and the nurse not to discuss my weight with me or put it in the chart and was completely ignored. I have a history of eating disorders and she still talked to me about my weight and added in notes about it in my chart. I asked the medical assistant to not show or tell me my weight but was still handed an after visit summary of my weight.
