My appointment with Lauren Phillips,PA was very positive and informative. She took the time to answer my questions and didn't rush through. I feel she is a very good doctor and explains everything you need to know to better your health.
From the first moments of meeting Lauren at the appointment, she made me feel that she didn’t want to evaluate me, treating me very “cold”.She asked more unmedical questions like about seatbelts, pregnancy prevention, etc. I know, it’s probably their protocol, but why the doctor needs to know that. I had a concern about a lump and discoloration on my lower leg, which she didn’t even touch to see what it feels like to her and what she thinks about it as a doctor.
